Have you ever overheard an individual saying to their male spouse, "Are you going through menopause"? Usually it is followed by a laugh. While many will laugh about male menopause, it is real. Many doctors refer to male menopause as andropause, which is a decline of testosterone. Men often experience fatigue, depression, and sexual problems.
